Dr. Ray Martinez with The TruMission Podcast

DREAM

Walking in your God given purpose

Throughout this book, we will explore Joseph’s life, his challenges, and his dreams. My prayer is that you will discover your own narrative in the life of this dreamer and dream big!

Dr. Ray Martinez

Dr. W. Ray Martinez is a leadership scholar with a background in pastoral ministry, having dedicated most of his career to serving the local church. His roles have spanned various capacities, culminating in a 13-year tenure as a senior pastor in Pennsylvania.

Dr. Martinez had the privilege of serving as the US crusade director for the late Brother RW Schambach, an experience that significantly shaped his ministry journey. He continues to teach regularly in churches and classrooms, equipping the next generation of leaders to fulfill their mission for Jesus.

Dr. Martinez holds a Master’s in Ministerial Leadership from Southeastern University and a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University. His work includes preaching, writing, and engaging with institutions focused on collaborative leadership development.

Currently, Dr. Martinez serves as the Director of the Doctor of Ministry program at Oral Roberts University and has also held the role of Dean of Academic Affairs at Victory College in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Alongside his wife, Marti, he co-founded TruMission, a ministry birthed after more than 20 years in pastoral leadership. TruMission focuses on resource production and speaking engagements at conferences, churches, and events.

The ministry also extends globally, particularly in the Philippines, where Dr. Martinez and Marti are working to establish a sustainable feeding program and provide support for victims of trafficking. They are proud parents to their daughter, Lilli, and son, Will, and together they reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Together, we can help a generation awaken their true mission in life.
